Thank you for supporting the 2019 Friends of Scouting Campaign! Please be sure to schedule a presentation for your unit as soon as possible. You should submit your presentation date by December 31, 2018. Presentations should occur before April 30, 2019.
It’s time to recognize the Scouters in our district and units that do such a great job providing a quality program for the youth in our area. Please discuss with your units and take a minute to think about who these special folks are and nominate them, so they can be properly recognized at the upcoming district dinner on January 26th. See the list of awards below.
The award form can be printed or typed and can be submitted by either email, personal delivery or postal mail as follows:
ALL registered adult Scouters must complete the new online Youth Protection Training course before October 1, 2018, regardless of their current YPT status. The new course was released in March 2018. If you have not taken the new course, please go to https://my.scouting.org/ and complete the training. There are 3 modules and a test. You do not need to complete them all at the same time. Any registered adult who has not completed this training before October will be dropped from the BSA roster and will not be able to recharte
